Notice to Customers

Seller is not liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages, interest, costs, expenses, loss of use, loss of data, or lost profits or wages, whether or not such damages were foreseeable.

Seller’s liability is strictly limited to refunding the purchase price or current value of the services or products, at Seller’s discretion.

If Addvice must incur any collection costs or legal actions to collect payment, the Buyer agrees to be responsible for all associated costs including court costs, attorney fees, and collection agency fees.

Addvice will use reasonable care and skill when providing services and sourcing goods on behalf of customers. When products are supplied by third-party vendors, Addvice acts solely as an agent in sourcing such goods.

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed by the supplier, vendor, or partner.

Taxes & Exemptions

Tax laws vary by jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.

Customers will be liable for any tax, interest, or penalties imposed if purchases are not legally exempt.

New Accounts

New accounts may be created online or by contacting a Sales Account Manager.

Initial payment terms for U.S. and Canadian accounts are credit card payment. International accounts may require wire transfer payment.

Credit applications are available upon request and may take up to 2 weeks to process.

All prices and payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Shipping

Our goal is to ship every order within 1 business day. While we make every effort to meet this goal, Addvice is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier demand, natural disasters, customs issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Special or custom orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods

• Domestic U.S. orders ship via UPS Ground
• Canada orders ship via UPS Standard
• International orders ship via UPS Expedited

Customers are responsible for all freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes, handling charges, and import fees.

Hazardous Materials Shipping

Orders containing hazardous materials incur an additional fee of $33 per box as charged by shipping carriers.

Hazardous materials may only be shipped within the 48 contiguous United States in accordance with federal transportation regulations.

Due to federal regulations, hazardous materials cannot be returned unless shipped by an authorized licensed carrier.

Refused Orders

Refused or unclaimed orders may incur a 15% restocking fee plus all freight charges.

If the order must be reshipped, additional shipping costs will apply.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for:

• Manufacturer defects
• Products damaged during shipping

All returns must have a valid Return Authorization Number.

Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Unauthorized returns will not be credited or replaced.

Perishable Items

Perishable products cannot be returned or credited due to storage and shipping condition risks.

Price Changes

All wholesale prices are subject to change without notice.

Sale prices may expire and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Damages & Shortages

Order discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

If packages appear tampered with, customers must retain original packaging and file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Wholesale Requirement

Addvice sells strictly to wholesale businesses with a valid resale or tax ID.

Late Fees

Addvice reserves the right to charge a 10% late fee on invoices not paid within 5 days of the due date.

International Orders

International customers should contact Addvice directly for shipping details and requirements.

Compliance Notice

Some products may be restricted in certain cities, counties, or states. Customers are responsible for verifying local regulations before placing orders.
